HOUSTON, May 21, 2026--Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL) announced today that its board of directors has declared a 2026 second quarter dividend of seventeen cents ($0.17) a share on the Company’s common stock payable on June 24, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 3, 2026.
